relieve back pain
Sirena85 asked:

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and lately have had constant back pain. I wake up tired and my lower back hurts if I slept on my back. I cant sit for too long because my back aches. Is this normal? also how can I relieve it?

Very normal & only gets worse I’m afraid. Soak in a warm tub, have partner massage or just try to relax w/a heating pad.
