Good ways to relieve back pain?

i have been sleeping badly in my bed, so I slept in the spare room last night. My back was bothering me when I went to bed. I woke up at 4:00 with such severe back pain it hurt to wear pants. I took a hot bath and tried to stretch out my muscles, but I ended up having to call off work.

My husband was very sweet to go pick up some Doan’s, a heating pad, and muscl rub for me…but other than beig very warm and stinky, i don’t feel much better. Any tips on muscle pain relief?

    You just have to let it run its course. There’s not much more you can do than what you are doing now. You can try some Ibuprofen. It’s normally safe to take 800mg in a 12 hour window.
