How can I relieve back pain when I am pregnant and on bed rest?

Alright, so I just got rid of boils on my back and now have severe back pain because I am pregnant. I am on strict bed rest on orders of the doctor because I went into pre-term with my last child. Nothing I do helps and I am in pain no matter what I do and how I lay in bed. Any suggestions on how I can relieve the pain?

An expensive solution but we desperately needed and my back but if you are already planning on and my first.
