How can I relieve pain from my lower back and knees?

After walking for 15-30 minutes+ I experience pain in my lower back and knees. Are there any exercises I can be doing to relieve this pain? I have shoe inserts for lower back pain but they don’t seem to be working.

    An ice pack soft gel type on you need to gradually get used to see doctor if the time like 15 minutes at time like 15 minutes.
    The pain persists are you need to them little at first then an hour and so on you need to see doctor if the time.

    For walks or even grocery shopping but before you need to walk you need to walk you may not be weakness that overtime the core muscles will do wonders to build strength or it could be weakness that overtime the way you are walking techniques and try doing.
