Is it a hamstring injury or sciatic nerve problem because of your back injury? A pinched sciatic nerve can cause pain shooting down the back of one or both legs. Heating pads work well on back pain from previous injuries. If you don’t have a heating pad, you can heat a moist towel in the microwave. I have percocet and flexerall for my neck pain (from surgery). I’m not sharing though.
