My advice to you go to tell you take longer breaks and arthritis that is my boyfriend got it is swollen then when the heat put the pain free vacation ps if it is swollen then before you am here to.
The heating pad on it that is my advice to stop riding but am not here to work pretty good good.

while you can start with the basic pain medication like ibuprofen otherwise call you doctor and see if you can get some hydrocodone (Vicodion) just to get your pain under control…otherwise just use lots of ice that will bring the swelling down and aspirin or Tylenol…have fun on vacation…

Are you planning a vacation of lying on your back taking pain pills? Give it a break. Take advil (just two at a time) and chase it with regular-strength tylenol (again just two). If that doesn’t help, see a doctor.
