How do you relieve back pain in pregnancy? Any suggestions?

This is my third pregnancy and the first time I have had to deal with pregnancy induced back pain. What is a good way to deal with it? I have just been resorting to tylenol when it gets too bad to deal with.

I just delt… I tried laying in every possition didnt work….. I wasnt keen on doing drugs caue I was so worried first kid and all…. Im sorry couldnt help.. but looks like u dont have much longer to go…. That would be so cool if you had him January 1st!!!!
