I somehow hurt my quadriceps muscle in my leg and it hurts terribly! It hurts to the touch and to walk, and when I do walk my whole leg seems to curve ( like that, only when pressure is applied to the leg. So I have an ace bandage and ICE pack and Heat pack and Ibuprofen will any of this help? and What do you recommend?

Use heat to relax the muscle, take either a couple of Excedrin for the pain or 2 Ibuprofen every four hours or Tylenol. They will all help the pain.
After the heat use a cold pack, alternating is always helpful for me.
Compressing it will really not accomplish anything.
Good Luck.
