I’m 10 weeks, having lower mid back pain. How to relieve the pain?

Pain just started 3 days back, around in the middle of lower back, right above the hips. I guess its gonna continue until the end of the pregnancy. It hurts when I wake up.
What should I do to relieve the pain?
