I have used Vicks vaporub and covered it with a band aid and this will ease the pain and draw out the pus that has accumulated in there. Then be sure to use some antibiotic cream like neosporin or triple antibiotic that you buy over the counter. it should feel better and get better in a few days. Don't try to squeeze it because your fingers will infect it more. Use some type of menthol cream.
