Lower back muscle pain — Any way to relieve the pain?
September 4th, 2008 | by admin |elan_longterm_invest asked:
I have recently developed a lower back muscle pain. However, I only feel the pain when I perform action that involves flexing the back muscle ie: bending, or turning my torso. And my back does not feel the pain as I sit or lay down.

Can anyone tell me what’s my problem and if there’s any way to alleviate the back pain? Thank you!
