My lower back hurts. What can I do to help relieve the pain?

I was playing softball the other day and my lower back started giving me pain. I don’t know if I just bent down wrong or what happened. How can I relieve the pain?

    For 30 sec you can do it with an ice bag in stretched position take.
    For 30 sec you can stretch all your trunk away from the stretch all your trunk away from the spasm you feel the muscle where the stretch for 15 seconds to min whenever you can do it with arms completely stretched or you can deviate your back muscles by sitting cross.

    The pain it will feel much better lie down on flat area and rest if nothing helps see chiropractor.
