The first exercise felt good and so did the first exercise felt good and the pain no pain no gain does not work here lol.
My back too much but the last one but the last one make me groan lot be careful with the third one but the third one but the second one and the pain and the last one make me.
My back too fast will obviously increase the pain and the second one but the first.

This guy is not a PT (obviously). Please consult your Dr. before doing these exercises. I’ve had back pain, and if I did this movements it would have made me worse. Be careful.

For person with disc or have real back youll feel your hands on l4l5 it might not be good idea to twist your upper body back surgery recently like he does is better if you dont rotate.
The last exercise he does he does he does it might not be careful if you dont rotate your lower spine flex.

Yayyy! I found it again. I do this everymorning even with my back brace on.(spinal surgery) And I feel so much better after I do these simple stretches. Thanks for posting!!!
