My back is killing me right now. I can’t seem to get comfortable. It hurts the worst when I am sitting, though if I lay in a position too long, it hurts then as well (I had a hard time sleeping last night). It’s a little uncomfortable when I am standing. Any ideas to help relieve it?

    Try taking warm showers or baths. It seems to help me relax. At one point I had to take a bath every night before bed so that I could even get to sleep.
