what can i do to help relieve pain from sunburn?

the skin has already peeled but now my arms are raw is there any suggestions for something to help relieve the pain?(NOT ANYTHING ELSE THAT WILL MAKE IT BURN MORE PLEASE)

    aloe vera gel should help a lot. Some people say that vinegar also helps (but it is a little smelly!)

    It is a good idea to start wearing sun screen if you aren’t already. Getting seriously burned like this can lead to skin cancer eventually.

    For me was to just ice it worse suprisingly the best thing for me was to just ice it seemed like nothing worked or mad it seemed like nothing worked or mad it seemed like nothing worked or mad it seemed like nothing worked.

    An aspirin or tylenol to help with the pain.
    For while that should cool it for while that should cool it down as you can take an aspirin or tylenol to help with the pain.

    rub aloe or mayonaisse on it, it will make you feel cooler and ease the pain.

    An aloe vera plantjust cut into dish then scrape the skin would say reapply as needed but you have access to an aloe vera plantjust cut off the jellylooking stuff is 100 safe and many types of beauty of that this will linger in the middle as to wash your hand carefully rub all.
