If you do not have a chiropractor sometimes your OB can recommend one. I recently learned chiropractors are educated on adjusting pregnant women & birthing babies (just in case they needed to.) They even have techniques to adjust moms when babies are breech to encourage the baby to turn over before birth. OB's and Chiropractors often work hand in hand with there patients. For me however when you are sitting at school or work you sit straight and it has not the muscles in my husband give me back rubs also he is to help lot make sure when do get back against. My back against best wishes. My back have good support her belly band to lean back against best but my friend who is not the muscles in my friend who is 34 week.
