What can I do to relieve headaches/general pain?

I have horrible vision, so I wear glasses that are about 5 mm thick, even with the lightest, thinnest glass, plastic and metal. Almost every day after school, I come home with headaches and sometimes ear soreness or neck pain. Is there something I can do to help relieve this?
I have been wearing glasses since I was about 5 or 6 and my doctor says that I have 20-20 vision with them on.
