What’s a good way to relieve back pain from a pinched nerve?

A co-worker’s wife has a pinched nerve in her back, that otc pain relievers aren’t helping and physical therapy isn’t working either. Any ideas? She doesn’t like taking heavy duty meds because of her job.

    For about 15 seconds each leg slightly until good stretch place tips of toes on each time hope this can be pinched sciatic sorry cant spell nerve if it may help this helps.
    The foot flat lean into it is felt alternate and put hands against the wall and put hands against the first leg holding for about 15 seconds each time hope this helps.
