What’s the best way to relieve back pain at night?
November 29th, 2008 | by admin |Lerchie asked:
I’m 23 years old, healthy, and have never had back problems. We’ve had the same mattress for 2 years. In the past week I’ve started getting uncomfortable back pains throughout the night, which cause me to wake up several times in the night. I sleep mostly on my stomach and occasionally on my side. I tried putting a pillow between my legs and under my stomach. It worked a little bit, but the pillow just got in my way in the bed with my husband and 2 dogs. Any other ideas? Please help… I need a good night’s sleep!

Some people would say get rid of the dogs but I can’t say that because I sleep with three Chihuahua’s so they’re not too big. I believe the stomach sleeping is your problem. Try sleeping on your side and see if it makes a difference.
